Mix well until all gets moistened.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Divide in to 6 equal portions and form into ovals.  Coat each with all purpose flour then egg wash (egg + water), then panko.***See note below.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Heat oil (about an inch deep) in a frying pan on medium high heat,<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">fry croquettes on each side till golden brown.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"ERNotesHeader\">Notes<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERNotes\">\n<p>***Here&#8217;s a little trick for an easy to handle egg wash&#8230;***<br \/>\nAfter cracking an egg into a bowl and breaking it with a fork, I separate out all the lumpy (jello-y looking) egg white then add a 1 Tbsp full of water. These green olives have green pimentos!!&#8221;\u00a0 Without giving us even a second to take a look, he threw one in to his mouth.\u00a0 We instantly found out what these &#8216;green pimentos&#8217;
